A small plane that had taken off from Toledo made an emergency landing in Lake Erie, and the incident was caught on video. The pilot was unable to land so he put the plane down 100 feet from a ferry loaded with passengers and cars. The crew of the ferry boat managed to throw life preservers and other flotation devices into the water to rescue the plane's passengers.
